The Chile Guy freight policy
is designed to expedite the efficient transportation of your product. The Chile Guy utilizes all general freight methods including the United States Post Office, United Parcel Service, and Federal Express. On larger orders, over 200 pounds up to full truckload containers, The Chile Guy gathers quotations from a variety of LTL and large scale trucking firms and selects the best price and delivery for each order. Freight is prepaid and added to invoices prior to shipment. As a general policy The Chile Guy does not uplift freight charges and customers incur only actual freight charges for the items ordered.
Freight Charges
Are FOB Bernalillo New Mexico. The Chile Guy reserves the right to add insurance on all orders over $100.
Repackaging
All prices are based on bulk amounts 5 lb. minimum.
Special flat rate pricing from the United States Postal Service is available. Flat rate pricing is available on the following size containers:
- One (1) Pound Chile Powder (Any)
- One (1) Pound Chile Pods (Any)
- Five (5) Pounds Chile Powder (Any)
- Fifteen (15) Pounds Chile Powder (Any)
- Five (5) Pounds Chile Pods (Any)
All U.S. Postal Service Shipments to U.S. zip codes including P.O. Boxes. Priority Mail Only. Pre-pay only.
Pack Price refers to bulk container product originates in (bulk size) 25, 50, 55 lb. kg, etc.

Repackaging: All prices are based on bulk amounts 5 lb minimum. A $3 per box packing charge will be applied on orders which have a total product weight of less than 5 lbs.
